Returns & Refunds Policy

At CasaLinnea, we are committed to delivering high-quality home décor and furniture. As per Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in the event that a product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description.


⚠️ We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases.

Please choose carefully. We do not provide returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, made an incorrect selection, or no longer need the item.


🛠️ Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@casalinnea.com.au with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and the packaging (if applicable)

We will assess the issue and may offer a refund, replacement, or repair depending on the situation and our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.


📦 Return Instructions

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

For approved returns due to a fault or damage:

  • CasaLinnea will cover return shipping costs.
    For other cases not covered under ACL, returns will not be accepted.


🔁 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Items returned without prior contact or authorisation


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@casalinnea.com.au.
