🚚 Shipping Within Australia

We offer FREE standard shipping to major metropolitan areas in Australia, including:

  • Sydney

  • Melbourne

  • Brisbane

  • Adelaide

  • Perth

For regional and remote areas, an additional shipping charge may apply based on courier rates. This will be calculated at checkout or communicated via email before dispatch.

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your items are delivered safely and on time.

⏱️ Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • In-stock items are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days after your order is placed.

  • Standard delivery timeframes:

    • 3–10 business days for metro areas

    • 7–14 business days for regional or remote areas

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

⏳ Pre-Order Items

Some of our products are available on a pre-order basis, allowing you to secure popular or made-to-order items in advance.

  • Pre-order items typically take 8–12 weeks for production and delivery.

  • These timeframes may vary depending on supplier schedules, shipping logistics, or seasonal factors.

  • We’ll keep you updated on the progress of your order, and you’ll be notified once your item has been shipped.

🔄 Split Shipments

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery of available products.

📬 Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery if an incorrect address is provided.

For large or bulky items, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
